That "bike" looks like it was ridden hard and put away wet. No thanks.

Used bike dealer in Ohio. I guess I'd be curious about how they got the car. Maybe it's a friend's. Maybe somebody traded it in on street bike(s).
It's obviously not their "thing", and the ad reflects that.
Their eBay feedback is not squeaky clean, but you're always gonna have that one unhappy customer no matter what you do.
The car's not a runway model, but doesn't look bad either.
All the usual rules about a PPI and due diligence would apply.
It will be interesting to see what happens with the auction.
Somebody may get a decent car at a decent price.

I think it looks nice. Especially for that price. Make sure that you check to see if it is a C4. I notice the rear wiper and those frequently go hand in hand with the C4 cars.

Seems legit... just like they copied and pasted from one of their bike ads and did a bad job editing & proof reading it. Not sure about the 3.5. obviously they don't know the car very well. Due diligence will sort out all issues. Good buy if she's in good shape. Specially since I'm betting due to the issues with the listing it may not have many bidders.

ran a carfax. 3 owners, one in Il, and two in Ohio. Looks legit.

Cheers,

I like the color, the RS splitter and the price. It looks a little rough around the edges, though.

as a side, does anyone else notice a favorable response from bikers? I generally find bikers often have a friendly response to the older Porsche -Ive been approached in parking lots twice on the Cape asking about it- vs other sports cars ive been in.
