More Testimony to Change Pollen Filters
Besides being an easy DIY...A picture (or five) is worth a thousand words.....
Only thing is that I lost one knurled nut down a crevice that is unreachable on the very last step in completing the DIY . I got sloppy trying to screw it on while watching Tiger Woods and Y.E. Yang battle it out for the PGA Championship...

In one of the early rounds, I remember one of the broadcasters mentioning a story about talking to Yang's coach and the coach was stating that timing-wise, Y.E. has a very good chance to win it...this with Yang being several shots back of Tiger. Sure enough, he called it....

The DIY instructions are on p-car.com and also in the 993 Essential Companion. Everything is slotted, so everything needs to snug up back into its slotted place (including the filter - filter fits into a slot as well as the filter tab). About 10-15 minutes each side.
Pollen filters cost approx $20 each / two required.
Oh, and don't watch TV when doing it.

Driver's Side Pollen Filter
Anyone have any problems changing the driver's side pollen filter? I had no problems changing the passenger side, but trying to remove the cover on the driver's side and it's not budging!

Sometimes they are a tight fit. Seems to come off eventually, kinda have to shimmy it up a little. Aren't there little clips on the side that come off besides the nut?
