How to make a car look like this?
Bonjour,
I'm the new proud owner of a black 993 C2 with 50.000km
She looks very good but I'm missing a special look like the car I posted pictures from.
Now the question is what does it takes to do this?
Merci beaucoup!

Yo - that's Delanobe's car - sweet - clean - classic.
From the looks of those pics - he's invested a fair amount in that beast.
Front spoiler is a turbo version - and has ducted fog lights - and clear side markers.
It's been lowered - maybe bilstein HD's or PSS's - but definetly lowered.
Got the nice Tubro 3.6 18" rims and probably did the yellow/red caliper paint project.
Inside has RS doors, Sparco seats, race pedals, new steering wheel, and chrome dial surrounds.
I'm sure he's done plenty more - chip, exhaust, etc.
Maybe he'll chime in and let you know the details.
But yeah - one sexy clean 993.
Oh - and nice detailing on that car.

Just convert to Euros.....what a bargain.
In all seriousness, if you are good a scouring Ebay and the for sale ads here and elsewhere, you can pick up most of the parts for less money (not the wheels though). You can then start assembling the parts. I was lucky and picked up both the Turbo wing and the turbo bumper in Guards Red, so I saved a lot of money on paint and such.
Same with the suspension. $5000.00 is much too much IMO. You can buy it and get it installed for around $3K or do the whole thing for less depending on how mechanical you are.
In any event, welcome to the madness and the slippery slope and post pics please.
Take care

Welcome to the slope - if not - cliff face.
Why don't you do each of the projects one at a time.
If you do them all at one - you could probably buy another 993.
Do the brake caliper paint project - that's way easy and makes the car look great.
Fix little problems like spoiler motor bearing - broken spoiler walls - oil leaks - CEL lights.
Get a ecu chip to make the car drive a little better.
Change the exhaust and get the real Porsche sound.
Get into a weight reduction project - strip out un-needed equipment.
Ah - shyt - just fell off the cliff man.
Good luck and yeah - post some pics of your precious.
