New 993 Owner
Thanks to NC Trackrat and others for their advice and counsel on my quest to purchase a 993. Thought you might like to see a picture. If the previous owner (David) is a participant on this forum, I'm sorry to have taken her away man... but, I'm really in love!

Thanks! Glad to be here. No. This one came from FL. Thought previous owner was going to cry as we drove away. But, he's on to bigger and better things.. a 996 cup car. he's going racin'

So do you have another one that's red without a roof? 
Great lookin' car. Would love to see more pictures, especially around the rear with that wing. Thoughts of wings have been racing through my head and yours looks like the right color

yes. it is black. wife thinks it needs a name and has suggested "black betty". what do you think? i'll try to post more pictures in the next few days... the sun doesn't shine much in IN this time of year. hard to get a good picture. it does have many mods already done... PSS9s, fabspeed exhaust and chip, RS short shift, RS splitter, strut brace, wing, sport seats, etc. i have also have a '99 996 cab. trying to keep both. jury is stillout on that!

Welcome and way to go! You'll be very glad you pulled the trigger. Looks like a real keeper! My black one came from FL, too..with only 11k miles. Hope you'll be a "regular" on the forum. I haven't been here all that long but it's like a close-knit fraternity of hard-core, air-cooled fanatics here.
