My friend owned this car for a brief time and asked me to help him find out who the current owner is to see if he/she might have interest in selling it back to him. Has anyone seen this car recently or possibly know who the current owner is?

Can't help with the new owner but didn't that car get auctioned off at Christies a few years ago...think I still have the auction book.

I'd rather see a Martini version. That being said, I don't love this thing, but I don't hate it as much as everyone else. Could definitely lose the hood stripes.

Lower it and get rid of the stripes and that would be awesome. Kind of like telling someone that if they changed their hair, lost 100lbs, got a nose job, and grew six inches they'd look great!

That car was in the background of a "Chasing Classic Cars" episode on Discovery. The episode was "Herb's Ferrari" I believe. It may have been while they were attending the auction in the listing above.

I don't mind the looks so much since it does have some meaning.
