Default Help with the rear spoiler relay

I installed a TT wing. Looks awesome, but need to disconnect the relay for the spoiler warning. It looks like a pack of cigarrettes, but my question is: which part do you disconnect from which other part. Is there a cable harness or does the pack split in the middle. Do I have to unscrew it out of where it is in order to do it? I've seen the DIY posting, seems not clear enough for me (I know, I'm an idiot!!)
Please help this mechanically challenged guy!!

Just unplug the module from the wiring harness and you are done.

you don't have to unscrew it. I found it a little easier to figure out how to disconnect by unscrewing it and fooling around a bit. It is easy to screw back in place.

The relay is located under your dash in the passenger side foot well. Look to the the upper left of the foot well and you will see it. Just unplug and you are done.
