I was on the road a little earlier yesterday....about 7:15 in Lexington. My route takes me all the way to the 95/128 split in braintree and then down 95.

It's been very rare to see another 993.

Hope to see a few people at Larz Anderson this weekend. I don't think i'll be putting my car on the lawn this year. I really haven't had the time to clean it to the level I think it needs to be at.

I'll be there. I will be on the lawn I think. Can't wait to see you all.

Check Northeast web site, they are going to post on the status of the concourse event due to Hanna somtime this afternoon. BTW park on the lawn, and put a ( do not judge ) note on your car, money goes to a good cause.

I'll be there if the weather holds up.

www.porschenet.com was the latest on whether the event will go forward.

I'm in Somerville and have been seeing a lot of 993's this summer in the Boston area. I have a weekly meeting in Newton Center and it seems I always see two or three near there.

apparently "German-fest" was really just "Mercedes-fest". There were some interesting SLs but Mercedes appears to have a relatively boring history outside the SLs.....at least from what was there(a lot of sedans).

I was hoping for a few Audis/BMWs or at least some Porsches from the enthusiasts that detailed their cars for Saturdays cancelled show and wanted to air them out.

Anyone know: are there any other Porsche or 'Exotic' type show in Boston area for the rest of the year? my kids are always up for a Ferrari or two.

I don't know of any in Boston, but there is one in Fairfield, CT in a few weeks.
