It's a bolt on. There are threads here that explain it step by step, I would post a link but don't have them offhand.

from the picture this airbag is clearly leather. the vinyl version does not have the stitched seam around the inside edge of the airbag. ironically they sell for the same price - leather or vinyl; new from the stealer.

I put one of these on my car and I can attest that it's a required upgrade. It feels like a different (better) car. The change is 10 minutes...just don't turn on the key without the airbag hooked up like I did! Had to go get the airbag light turned off with the OBD scanner...

I listed using the shipping calculator on Ebay (I did not put in the shipping charges myself). I will look at it and see what is going on. I already have the steering wheel box and don't want to make money on shipping, etc, I will only charge actual charges. I ship from work so there are no additional (UPS store) type fees.
