Default My first Porsche

As soon as I saw it, I loved it. As soon as I drove it, I knew I was going to get it.

Friday marked the realization of a goal I made when I was younger. My father bought a '78 SC Targa when I was 15 but, unfort, he had to sell it a year later.

That was the car that started my love affair with p-cars.

The day it left the family, i knew I was going to work hard till I could buy my own.

15 years later, I now have one in my garage. Looked at 996tt, 997 C4S, but I am so happy I chose the 993.

Early build '95, triple black, 52 k miles, heated sports seats, 6 speed.

Only mod so far is H&R/Bilstein HDs.

Congrats! I know how you feel about finally getting one of these cars. I finally got mine last Dec after wanting one since I was 12.

I like the stance. How about some specifics; mileage, suspension, 6 speed or tip, etc.?

Perfect. Beautiful car. Enjoy it!

Now you need to complete the garage with a lift, epoxy flooring, built-in cabinets, framed Porsche art work, etc. Let the insanity continue!

Enjoy those great NY & CT country roads this summer... I miss them.

Very nice! It looks like a great car I saw at High Marques. Is that where you got it?

Theres a drive on Sunday, you should bring it out for that. https://rennlist.com/forums/993-forum/422449-rennlist-ny-tri-state-2nd-annual-spring-run.html

Congrats! You picked the right 911 to start your Pcar relationship with. It will never end.
