Default Measuring sway bars

I have a 95 C2 which PO said was totally stock so I changed the springs but still feel the car has some body roll and understeer going hard into corner. My shop said to get sways to go with the H& R springs. Before I spend the money I thought I should examine things. Turns out the rear is a 20mm bar which I believe is not stock. The front seems impossible to get to simply but if stock it should be 20, right? Do I just drop that cover plate under the trunk?
Interestingly I went to P-Car and replacement of sways could not be found.

I crawled under and measured the front at 22mm. SHort of going real fat it seems I have a pretty good set up. Are there adjustable links for the MO30 bars? WOuld a strut brace add some more stablity?
