anyome watching the premier tonight? I grew up on this in the 80's and am quite dissapointed so far almost half way thru the episode......it's like watvhing a FORD commercial for 2 hours........couldnt they get a P-Car instead of a mustang?

I wonder if the original was this lame, and I was too young to realize it.......

I'm disappointed too. It started with some decent T&A but it got lame in no time. I was hoping for a rip-off of the Transformers car/driver vibe but it's almost unwatchable.

I started watching it 'cos I used to love it as a kid.... but got bored with it and started looking at the hobbies thread on the forum!!

A classic tv show should stay where it belongs---in the archives and re-runs.

The original was PLENTY lame, but not much more so than the rest
of it's peers of that era.... Fantasy Island, Hardcastle & McCormick,
The Equalizer, The Greatest American Hero...

All TV had large fromage factor at that time.

It was alright and no worse than the original show. The girl is hot but a little clingy. Now if they bring back Magnum PI I might complain as I actually liked this show.

I loved Hardcastle & McCormick, but I was just a kid. That little kit car was great.

Basically, with these types of shows, I don't watch much of the story. Just the parts when the car is doing something (like a chase).

Not to impressed. It seamed the Old Kitt had a lot more going for it. The new one has no weapons at all? It didn't have the humor of the old Kitt.

Yes, Fords all over, I love how the car is super fast, & has all these other things in it, but a stock SUV can keep up on a mountain road.

I found the girl really hot, very pretty eyes!

show was way lame.. my 5 year old . who LOVES fast cars said .. "Daddy this show is lame.."

although I liked the morph sequencing on the car.

More fun to watch is the TERMINATOR SARAH CONNOR FILES show.. that takes a good Carolco premise and makes it relatively enjoyable.

But the 300 chick was hotter in the movie
