Wow, that is fun and it corners pretty flat. Must hack those other guys off to be passed by the bus.

My mechanic here has a 930 turbo engine in their VW van parts getter. It's a real sleeper!

Did anyone look at the Volvo 760 wagon with the twin turbo LS1?

I wonder what it would cost to duplicate that? I used to have a 67 9 window with an 1835 and a Hurst shifter that was sooo much fun.

Check out the build pix: http://www.race-taxi.ch/gallery/album/ There's not much original bus in there save the shell, and that's not exactly stock anymore, either.

The race-taxi 'bus' would have to cost a fortune to duplicate - it's a tremendous work of fabrication. But seriously cool.

I considered buying a 67 21 window at one point long after selling my 9 window but the price was too high and I don't like the old old school steering, brakes, etc. Someday if I had stupid money I would pay to have something like this fabricated.
