Default Stock Bishoff or Gillet mufflers?

What is the difference. Is one better over the other? My car is suppose to have the motor sound package but has the Bishoff model.

Mel,
I think, functionally, they are the same. Just two different manufacturers/suppliers.

My early-build '95 has the Bischoff system, while a friend's '97 has the Gillett system, with Motorsound.

Bischoff mufflers are made from better material. Switching to Gillet is all part of the Porsche cost cutting program.

Thanks Robin. I am getting DACH-X pipes with the 200 cell cats. I am thinking seriously about going with the RSRs. So will I get Bischoff RSRs if I order from you?
