I did a search and couldn't find the specific answer. But, tomorrow, I'm about to pickup a set of turbo twists wheels. Can I use the following for a 95' C4?

The two rear wheels are 18x10 ET65, and the two fronts are 18x8 ET50

Those numbers should work fine. I think the ideal factory front size (for an 8" rim) is 52mm offset. The 50mm version would therefore give a 4mm wider track.

The rears are fine.

What size and what type of tires, are you going to run on those babies?

if the fronts are 50mm offset they are most likely the 7.5" wheels, which are fine, although 8" is preferable. here are the part nos. and specs:
