Are they going to groove the crankcase walls for the cylinder base seals?

No Sir we have O rings at the bottom of the cylinders.

Looks very nice, can't wait to see the results when you are done. Interesting to see you chose Pauter rods over Carillo. Looking for less windage losses or just trying to keep the budget under control a bit? I was planning on using Pauters as well.
