Default Part Identification Help

My 1995 993 Cabriolet came with two Ziploc bags with a couple plastic pieces stowed inside. I bought it from a dealer and have no contact with the previous owner unfortunately. The part number on both pieces is 993.331.313.03 and I even have the PET illustration but I cannot figure out what they are for and why they were removed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Probably just removed and forgot to put them back on. Check the control arms to make sure they're missing. If there's two installed, the one's in the bags are probably broke. I'd reinstall them, they should protect from little rocks and scrapes.

Is it somewhat triangular in shape? the number you have references the control arm shield.

Thanks. I will take a look at the control arms to see if I have them installed. I am going to put new suspension on the car and will re-install them then if need be.
