Many of you have been following my saga of my grenaded G50, then not being able to get my gearbox back for 5 months. While I had the engine out, I did the LWF, and installed some Bilstein HD's. Having the car back was a euphoric feeling like none other. There is no better feeling than rolling down the road in a car with a soul with the sun in your face. I now feel alive again!

So my lesson I share with you all, it is better to spend the premium and have your car turned around fast. Time without the Porsche is time that a little piece inside of you dies, which can only be revived by the p-car.

Oh and here is the 1st-2nd shift fork from my G50/20

I am glad you have your car back...any idea why the shift fork broke?

PS I know what its like to not have your car for months on end...my longest stretch was 1 1/2 years.....

Shifting too hard. Shorter shifter is the way to go.
