Alvin-----So the 02 Turbo had some issues?I was told it was a well sorted ,low mileage Turbo.If they have a close ratio 5 speed as mine does,they have some weak Porsche sincros that go bad almost when they were new.
It is a kick in the pants to drive.Nothing up to 3800 RPM,then hold on.The turbo kicks in and your off.Nothing like a little Turbo lag.It has 170 hp,40 more than a TII.It only weighs about 2200 lbs.They never imported these to the States

Have fun guys. The Row should be a fun and nice meet. It's getting closer to year end, and I still work on the weekends. Will try to catch up with you on a week night some later time....

Hey Alvin,
It might be that summer/fall is winding down, and maybe a lot of the folks got their "car" time in last weekend at ALMS/Laguna, and this weekend is "family" time, hehe.
Nonetheless, I was a little late to this post....Let me know when you guys do a week night again (maybe a meet/dinner/karting on the next round as it's getting dark earlier now)

Sorry that I haven't responded sooner about meeting for a drive to Santana Row. I'd be more than happy to meet in Moss Landing (or even a little more north - there's a Park-n-Ride at the Salinas Road intersection which is where I come into Hwy 1.
So, are we still talking about the 10th of November? I'm OK for that Saturday if the weather is nice. No can-do on the 3rd - driving the car out in Contra Costa county with another group of Porsche-philes.

I'll see yas at SR on 11/10 in our Carrera proudly wearing 2 weeks worth of daily driving grime (the car, not me).
