Default Lost 15 pounds in 15 minutes

I had the seats out in order to install a 6-point harness. Noticed a bunch of wires, a speaker, and a control unit that appeared to be from an old analog cell phone system. After removing the sound-deadening floor pads and tracing each wire, here's what I ended up with. Also, now that I have that foam-stuff pulled, should I put it back? Anyone just mount aluminum track mats right down to the floor pan? Pictures appreciated.

I've mounted home made aluminum track mats to level out the floor. Here's a sequence of pictures:

The trick is to support the panel as the underfloor area is not level. I used a combination of rubber stoppers and pvc pipe bits to give it stability and keep it level.
