Congrats to Kimi.... what a shocker for Lewis. Best F1 season for years.

HAHA damn! when I read the title I thought you got an f1 spoiler on a 993..:p

So very glad Hamilton didn't win! For the first half of the season I was rooting for him but the last half of the season he's really showed himself. His comments and attitude have changed for the worse and I think this may help put him back in reality.
And its about time Kimi got some luck! |

I'm a Fernando fan, and I think he made a huge mistake joining McClaren. However, Kimi's career has been one that deserves at least one championship. Maybe Hamilton's time will come one day.

And its about time Kimi got some luck! I never did like Alonso and my opinion on him took a nose-dive given the fallout of the spying scandal. He kept silent only so long as he could extricate himself from the mess - having been right in the middle of it - only after ensuring that he would not be adversely affected. I don't know how one could like a guy like that. But he can rather drive the wheels off an F1 car. And Kimi... if this stuff with the stewards ends up disqualifying some off the grid.... what will people say about his "luck" then ??? WOW !!!! You gotta feel for the guy. |

In regards to Fernando, I think the man has marked himself as true risk to any team. Yes, he can drive the wheels off an F1 car, but the blackmailing and general lack of team respect shows who he really is and if I were a team owner/boss I would think twice about asking him to drive for my team. His skills are second-to-none but how can you trust him with your team after he showed himself in the Ferrari/McLaren scandal and his crying about Hamilton..... I really hope this fiasco with the fuel doesn't take Kimi's championship. In a normal situation like this the team would more than likely be the ones penalized, NOT the drivers. I can't wait to see the outcome since it includes the Darling of F1. Everyone knows Bernie will do what it takes to get Hamilton to be the Champion and I think they are treading on very dangerous ground in regards to the already damaged image of F1 over the past season. Disclaimer: The above is based on the stories that the media reports. What actually happens I dont think will ever really be known by those outside the F1 paddock. |
Overall I think Kimi deserves the win and has over the years proved to be a fantastic driver and competitor. Fernando to me has become a spoiled brat and displayed that on numerous occasions this season. As a Brit I was rooting for Lewis and am very disappointed he didn't clinch the title in China when he should've. He truly showed his inexperience today and therefore the title went to the better driver. Lewis had a fantastic season and should be very proud of his achievement, despite the outcome today. The table never lies and Kimi came out on top this year. We were all wondering what would happen to the sport when Schumi stood down and I think we witnessed a fantastic season in 2007. Roll on 2008....

Yea for Kimi!!!

I was impressed with Hamilton at the beginning, his mouth in the middle, and is lack of experience in the end.
LONG LIVE THE KING - K-I-M-I. ....even Alonso was happy! |
