Default Selling my low mile 993 Cab for TT

Just bought this car a few months back after being away from Porsches for a few years. The car is great but I think I really want to go to a Twin Turbo. I have a friend who has a lead on one here locally that I think I might move on, so I think I might have to sell this one.

The car has 39k miles. I have all books and service records. The car is in excellent condition. It drives like new.

There are a few scraps on the bottom of the front bumper, otherwise, body is excellent. Interior is also excellent except for a few marks on seat bolster (very minor). Zero oil leaks from motor.

Looking for $38k.
