Mine:
1) Suspension
2) Massive Weight Reduction
3) Seat Time
+ Safety (bar, seats, harness). Safety never counts against the list because it's too important.

What is the use of the car?
If your a novice driver, and are looking to get better...track time, track time, track time...you won't use your mods till you learn how to drive the car. if your pushing the limits of the car, "knowing how to drive...suspension, you can go full track or combo...depends on what you want....you need to determine are you tracking only...or street...but at some point, you can't have both and be great at both....either track or street....
Money no object...by a GT3...and enjoy

Here's my top three 'mods' (last two are wishlist items)
HID's
LWFW during rebuild time (maybe)
3.8 'slip-in' conversion for street during rebuild (maybe)
Most other 'mods' are actually maintenance-related upgrades - so I am not considering them 'real' mods for my street rqmts/

What is a Gxx-21 trans and what advantage is that over re-=gearing your box this side of the pond?
$6k is cheap complared to re-gear. I will do a search here as well.
