Awesome car. Just buy it and mile it up like it was made for. I'm guessing you could buy a nice used 997 for what they want. It would be a tough decision.

He glossed over the driver's side bolster, which looks like it has noticeable wear.

Read the carfax report, it was in a FEMA storm area. 3 owner car went from Texas all the way down to key biscayne Fl. I am suspect of vehicle, also notice the option list does not have many options. The wheels are not hollow spoke either. Way to much money being asked, plus blue interior? My guess for price is mid 30's

Not worth $30,000 unless proven it is a flood car, then not even woth that. If OK, this car only has 18,000 miles.
