Fugly 993 on CL

Check out the interior color... ugh... says it's a "show car"? chrome wheels?
Definitely not my style... (I hope it's not a RL's car... and I've just totally offended one of you :icon501:)...

Oh My! :icon107:

Looks like gumby melted inside that thing! The green and wood just don't make a good combo.

Might look better in person, might not.

wombat7 10-05-2007 06:52 PM

Maybe its like the blue interior... doesn't photograph well but looks great in person... The wood grain interior is what gets me... FUGLY

Hey- that's right near Tintony. He can go over and shoot that lame horse in the head for us. Clean up the gene pool!

I think it's Exclusiv gone terribly, terribly wrong. Remember:

I wonder if it's a 2s or 4S. $36.5K with 40k miles ain't bad for a widebody car, the owner must've adjusted for the color combo.

I kind of think it looks like "The Exorcist" Linda Blair puking color scheme........Yeccchhh!!!

ZP44

hehe. I agree, Pastelgelb does nothing for me. Especially not if the interior is turqoise matched with full wood. Not my cup of tea..

...but the ad says it's a 'show car'! Looks kind of 70's in an odd way. I think it's cool!

Texas993 10-05-2007 07:45 PM

All of that green ... EWWW. But it could easily be dyed black.

race911 10-05-2007 07:47 PM

Wasn't there a turbo on Victory or Sloan or someone's site with similar? I remember calling my wife over from the couch one night so she could appreciate our car........

Though I have to admit the '95 as delivered with Speed Yellow/Whateveritis Blue must have been interesting. Glad Kim did the black conversion. Also glad he kept the sport seats so I can do something with the color and pop them into the future cab.

lol...I have NEVER seen that car in these parts; not at SP, meet n greets or any of the fun runs. Maybe David, Steve or one of the other guys have seen it.

Posting a thread with no other purpose than to bash someone else's 993? So its not your choice of color -- do we really need a thread for this? Here's my "contribution": grow up, this isn't your high school.

Neophyte Green interior, yum. I love strange combos and always get a kick out of seeing unique cars such as this. Not that I am jumping on the deal.....

The wood appears to be an aftermarket stick on kit which is good news as the next owner can "de-wood" at will
