I'm going to do some suspension work this winter. AAlready have the EVO uprights and tierods.

decision has to be made as to the rest
criteria; mostly track use but I do want to drive to the track and ocassionally for fun street rides. I do not want to truck it around.

Option1 RS parts w/ stiffer rubber bushes

Option 2 full ERP monoballs and suspension arms.

The issue in my mind is at the A arms. Will the monoballs make street use out of the question?

Bill,

I'm probably not the right person to answer this but I went with monoballs on the A arms (up front) almost as soon as I started tracking my car (6, 7 or 8 years ago). I still drove my car on the street and really didn't notice any difference. Now, I kept the stock suspension A arm but just replaced the rubber bushings with metal. My original set was made by Kelly Moss but I just re-did everything with ERP stuff. I do have to say that when I looked at them about 2 years ago, they were starting to get bad, that's why I replaced them. I didn't want to go to the full ERP rear control arms as I fear they might make them illegal in stock class one day.

Thanks George!, So to sum up, if I go the full ERP route, it's still usable occasionally on the street, but there may be longevity issues?

Here are a couple of my favorites. Now the only reason they are my favorite is because I'm ahead of all the RSA's..............

I say that to all of my D class competitors, too!

Actually, it's just the opposite; I like having a full field.
