That is a lot of concrete and a lot of Porsche garage! I'm hoping to build something like that one day and pack it with a collection. Keep us posted on the progress.

Dude!!!

Hmm... seems like there is something you should do with all of that new concrete before the building is up... just not sure what.

If you don't finish it, you've still got a nice helipad.

The only plumbing will come in through the wall for a sink. I wanted the floor to be flat for tables and machinery, so no drains. Since I work with metal, I prefer to sweep, no water clean-up. I am also on a septic system, so the tie-in would be costly for a bathroom. In the future I may put a bathroom outside the shop, but will probably have to install a small septic system for it.
My current shop is 16' x 30 ', so that will become my 993's new private home!

Nice space but I think you definately need a place to wiz, how bout a porta-potty? It's sure cheaper than a complete septic system.

Nice, I have shop envy...mine is only 26' x 55'...oh well I guess I will just have to do!

It is amazing how you can fill up the space though....I was thinking of expanding it but since its built into the side of a hill (the back wall is entirely in the ground...it actually insulates the garage) it involves lots of excavation so it will have to wait.

Cheers,

Mike
