James, yes t he clip on the far right fits their, i have soldered it. However, unsure where the positive feed goes.
i have soldered two wires to it. can u tell me if this is correct:

Where is the connector gone??? Do not solder. Get the valve out of the car and meet your local Mercedes-Benz dealer (Yes!). They also use this parts and connectors. Then solder a new connector to the wires. I think the pinning doesn't matter.
This electrical valve switches the vaccum line to the actuator of the resonance flap on the front side of the intake distributor. At ~5200rpm the valve opens, the actuator gets a vaccum and move the resonance flap to get higher engine torque. You should feel this "boost" performance when your car accelerates...
