Default RS Motor mounts and Rennsport Systems chip on ebay

I thought I'd drop a quick line and let you guys know you can get a real good deal on a set of factory RS mounts and a Rennsport Systems chip from my 993.

Just thought I'd pass it along.

it holds the engine tighter to the car = more solid shifts and prevents a "pendulum effect" from the engine around corners... the oem engine mounts are oil filled and has more give.

Is there any disadvantage of having this versus OEM/Stock version?
I think I want this too...

FWIW: I'ver tried both and the bottom line is - spend it on tire rubber. Watch Danny and Hurely take a stock 993 around Daytona and your'll realize it's not the motor mounts or ECU that make our cars special. It's the total package you already own.

Hi guys.
Things are going great on my end!

Yes, sadly I had to re-arrange my priorities and the 993 was the one area where I could save myself a ton of money and it just seemed silly to struggle and keep it when I could sell it and be on easy street.

I'm getting out of the military and entering the job market within the next few months.
I'm really excited but it will require some "temporary" sacrifices.

The motormounts have maybe 3000 miles on them. I guess I should have realized some of you were hoping to keep the auction(s) hush hush... I was just starting to think I should have used the longer auction times because time is running out much quicker than I thought it was.

Don't worry, a lot of the people who are seriously interested are mostly 'snipers' anyways. You'll see the price ratchet up in the last minutes.

Good luck getting back in to the civilian world and (hopefully) back to a P-Car!
