Hi guys,
Please let me introduce myself...
My name is Guillaume, I'm 42 years old and leave in Louveciennes, near Versailles in France...
I'm the very recent owner of a wonderful 993 "S", I bought in Germany 3 days ago ...
She's Indian red, with 18" Techno Wheels, Black leather seats, and has knew 3 owners before I get her... She's born in August 1997 and run 140000 until now...
At this stage, I drove 1000 km (750 to come back from Paderborn-(D) ) it's pure happyness , and, as you maybe already know it, speed is not limited on German hignways so I could test high speed driving (245km/h !!! )...
I owned a 911 3.2l for two years (magic) but this 993 is a real dream that became reality...
Here are some pictures of "la belle", her first name is "Emilie"
I'm really fan of 993 with "flashy" colours... I wanted a yellow or red one, and the only one available in the whole Porsche European network was this red one...
When I found it on the Official Porsche research portal, I hesitated approximatively 10mn and called the dealer to ask him if the car was still to sell or not... on friday last week...
I put an announcement to sell my 3.2 on Friday morning, and had an e-mail from a guy to buy it 5 mn later!!! he came on Saturday to see the car and gave me 10% of the price to reserve the car !!! He'll come next week to take the 3.2...
Well, I'm like a kid with a new toy...
More news later on....
Bye !
Guillaume.

Guillaume, Great to have you with us. France is one of my favorite places in the whole world, I travel there once or twice a year. I do not see many Porsches and particularly 993's!!
For the past 7 years I attended the 24 Hrs of LeMans...great fun...don't see much of the race, but none the less enjoy the time with friends.
Welcome,
John

Guillaume,
Congratulations on your new baby. She is beautiful!
I've been to Paris many times, but only once to Versailles, so I imagine how fabulous it must be to take your 993 on those beautiful French country roads with the bright yellow fields in bloom... magnifique!

Guillaume- Welcome!
We've all had that giddy heart-pounding feeling. Speaking of which, I'm about to go for a nice canyon drive then to a concours (spectator!) Seriously, that is the most fabulous red 993 I've ever seen, and I'm not a fan of the S bodies...or maybe I am! I'm sure that the interior is equally nice.
Speaking of candy, do you have the URL for that amazing candy store of a dealership in Germany? I love that there's so much old stuff. My local stores all have 99% new stuff.

Welcome! I spent month in Europe this summer and the only Porsches I saw were in France. Coincidentally it was a black 993 in Paris, the kids thought our car had magicall followed us.
sweet looking car!

Welcome! That's an awesome car you've got there. I love the color combo and it seems to be in great shape. Enjoy it and may your car see 150k soon.
