Current Models only? Gulp:
Porsche GT3... ESPECIALLY the RS with those wild colors (yes, I'm a wild and crazy guy)
Noble
Ford GT
Ferrari... all of them
Aston Martin, especially the smaller V8 (Vantage?)
Not a head turner, but nicely done: the Infinity G35 coupe
But being an old geezer, I get to name one old car that still drives me nuts:
Austin Healey 3000, especially the ones without the roll-up windows. I've owned two of these, and I LOVED owning them... hated driving them.

Had a press car for a week and now want one so bad it hurts. Amazing car all around. Nothing bad to say about it. And here in jaded LA was a traffic stopper with camera phones out the window all the time...
It ruined me. There's honestly no other car right now I'm interested in buying--even one's I can actually afford!

Yeah, that's why I'm cross-shopping the E60 and 10+ year old P-cars. Bangle's designs are so butt-ugly I'd have to order a car in a dark color, and I always buy light colors to bring out the lines. Too bad they don't offer it in that matte "Hot Rod Black".
Sadly, I'm a big guy and most of the other cars on your list are hopeless for me, including the 'vette.
So pretty much any current P-car except for the Cayenne.

It's really sad, but living in London, the list is pretty damn short:
Zonda
Veyron
Vanquish
Enzo
599
997TT/GT3/RS (10-a-penny but I can't help but look)
any aircooled 911
any pre-BMW mini
Carver 1
'07 Fiat 500
Welcome to a city where the Bentley Continental GT seems to be the best-selling car...

There are loads round here at the moment, and I think they look great, but they just don't seem to have that last 20% usability that the Porsches uniquely have. This isn't a Porscheaholic post I just feel that when the dust settles, the R8 will be just another not-quite-911....
