Okay, I am thinking about selling it. Can anyone help with an evaluation so I can upgrade to a 997? The lowest priced 993 I can find is approx. $40kUSD
. Is that a bubble that's going to burst like the late '60's Muscle cars did 5 years ago? ? This one has a rebuilt (salvage) title and needs about $5,000 worth of transmission work...It looks great though and engine is good. Any ideas? Thanks!

Great deal but it is a C2 not a C2S, C2S were only made in 1997 and 1998. You should push the "teeth" in on your hardback sport seats. Start from the top and work your way down. Nice wide ovals, but they were installed on the wrong sides and should be reversed. Also looks like Polar Silver not Arctic?
