New wheels
This is all Tim Wasmer's fault.
http://forums.rennlist.com/upload/techartssmall.jpg Hey - my 911th post. Greg H. |
Nice!

Nice wheels Greg. What size/offsets did you end up getting?
|
Are those Techarts? They look like 19s.
|
Techart Formula 8.5 x 19 et 48 and 11 x 19 et 52. That's a narrow body size. I haven't decided whether to use a 7mm spacer or a 14mm spacer. It looks like either will fit.
Nice legs in that avatar there Mark. Greg H. |
really nice !!!
|
You have to watch out for Wasmer. He is nothing but trouble. Made me do a bunch of stuff to my car too.
Those wheels are sharp! Tom |
Nice choice Greg. Looks fantatic, congrats.
|
I like the wheel, but I gotta be honest...I think the 19" wheel is out of scale with the 993. Just MHO.
|
Greg: You may want to go with the 14mm spacer and whatever you do, don't use hubcentric. Get the regular ones and use the longer studs. Great wheels.
|
greg,
car and rims looks great...is that a TT or S? also, what height is that. I really like the way it sits. |
Sweet! Like the view of the calipers. Enjoy!
|
Sorry to hijack here. Mark, can you please tell the story behind the avatar?

On the other hand though, I think your 5-spoke rims in your sig are too stubby looking; those step-down outer-rims to meet the center just don't do it. Just MHO. |

I have to agree. There are far nicer wheels to set off the 993 than some 19 inch Tech Arts... |
