Is the pilot based at KSEE with the Black 993 a member here? Saw it while I was setting up to depart yesterday. Just curious!

My ex Father in law had 6 hangers at that field. He had many WW2 restored planes. I haven't talked to him in ten years. His name was Bob Welsh, any info?
