The car is sold pending payment.

We came to a middle ground and agreed on $27,750.

Sounds like you made your decision, but there is no issue with you requesting full asking price or changing your mind about the asking price.

Sometimes it's best to just dump it if you don't feel like dealing with buyers anymore. It's peace of mind once it's gone. Hope your deal goes through for you.
