Is the 993 exhaust system.....
stainless steel from exhaust port to mufffler???? If not what is it?

Pretty sure that the headers/cat are made from a mix of V low quality stainless + mild steel. Wire Mig welding is not a problem on that stuff.

The bolts are mild steel...what a place to get cheap!! I usually end up cutting the bolts off (like for the tips or the muffler clamps) and replacing with good quality SS parts.
