I was getting a "thunk" from the front end that seemed to be related to one wheel deflections. My mechanic said my front sway bar brackets were loose and he rebent the tab that goes through the aluminum suspension piece. The "thunking" went away for awhile but is back worse than ever. I just put a "C" clamp on them to compress the bracket and the tab moves away - down - from the aluminum it is mounted to, indicating it is loose? Anyone else had a problem with this? I have a TRG 25mm bar set pretty stiff. I'm wondering if there is a better mount available and/or if the bar may be too much for the bracket.
