Love to see the same sort of stuff you offer for 996s and 997s for our cars.

Arrwin...You still looking for a three spoke airbag? Me too. I Just can't psychologically choke down spending five hundred bucks on a stupid airbag...I might however be game for a "Rennlist financially friendly group discount" also.

Sunset recently (3/23) quoted me $468 (black leather, gold or silver crest) + $50 shipping = $518. That actually seems pretty OK considering. Would be excellent if someone is willing to provide us with a group buy.

So, my passion won out over basic common sense.
aarwin, that is a much better answer than I got from Sunset. I ended up paying a bit more for mine with shipping (from another source), about $550 I think. I'd have jumped on that.

The wheel was out of a 996 and it was ordered from Porsche that way... with very little use, apparently. It was like new, found it on eBay.

well, if anyone has their heart set on my unique setup (the 3 spoke, tip w/alcantara - thicker with padding under and red stripe at top), I'll sell the full steering wheel and airbatg for $750 (has to be to someone within the conti USA though due to the airbag crapola)

Mark...Damn. You are not helping. That wheel looks exponentially better than the stock GM 4spoke unit.
Like Arrwin, I have the wheel already, sitting in a box for about a year...With no airbag.
