A New Room-Mate for the 993 (OT w/Pic's - 993 content)
 

I replaced the S2000 daily driver for the MCoupe last week. So far I've only put on about 900 km's. I'll report back once I've had a chance to adequately evaluate.
It's no 993 but I think I'm going to have some fun with it! :rockon:

I've been curious about the M coupes and got to see one at AX last weekend. Seems like a well balanced car at first glance. Looking forward to your reviews.

Looks cool, how is it to drive?

Drove the M Coupe at the M Driving Experience. Its a very well balanced car through the autocross. Also drove it on a course laid out as an oval that was watered down. Basically with DSC (traction control) turned off, you can oversteer at will. And you get the e46M3 engine with the M Coupe. :thumbup:

Thanks all. The colour is Interlogos Blue and is a special "M" colour for BMW. This engine requires a break-in of about 2000km's afterwhich they do an oil change and service. Once that's done, I should be able to better assess it's qualities but so far so good.

Yes, I've been remiss Jeff. Rick's having some fun with it. He did tires, brakes and a few other odds and ends and it's looking good. I'll try to snap a few pictures over the Easter weekend if the weather improves - getting snow right now.
