Dupont Registry Cover
While passing through the airport today I spotted a nice graphic of a SY 993 complete with bumperettes, on the cover of Dupont Registry.
Best wishes to all. |

Pic by a guy named David Chapple http://www.autoart.com . Unfortunately he doesn't do much P-car stuff. I did see a nice litho with a green 964, but sold out.
What say a group buy on a limited edition print?? |
I checked out some of the Porsche's on the Dupont Registry site. There are 993 Cabs like mine with similar miles very near the top of the food chain in price. It truly amazes me that they have such a huge residual value over the 996 counterparts and even a relatively low mile example of a 2002 996TT. Just goes to show you how supply and demand dictate the price. Used 993's are apparently low in supply and high in demand. There also appears to be many more Tiptronic models available than 6 spd. Does anyone know what the ratio my be between 993 manuals and 993 Tiptronics that were manufactured?
