No longer cooking. I've used that "call sign" for so long, I haven't changed it. Will soon... I cooked in France for a few years after graduating from Cordon Bleu; those were good years. Then, I cooked at JOHNFRANK (Market at Church St.) which we turned into HOME restaurant after 9/11 (lowered prices...business was slow) HOME drained me, I moved on... I'm in real estate, it's what I did before that sojourn.
Man, I was looking forward to comparing our wide "rear ends"; and I do mean the 911's!!! It will happen! It will happen.
