I'd say you're close. Car looks clean, but may be a bit high for a '95 tip. I think it should be $3,000 less.

Is that even a reserve auction? It might go for less than that.

If it's a Gulf states car, I'd sure look for water intrusion, no matter what Carfax says.

It's a tip...is that what you want? If so, a good PPI should tell you a lot about this car.

I would say that it is about 10% high for a tip car, based on what I have learned recently and looking at Autotrader.com

If the auction makes it to the end, (i.e. owner pulls it due to lack of action) I dont feel it will reach 29,900. Best would be to get a PPI or at least make arrangements and contingencies for one.

Can you (or someone else) go check it out in person? I would have someone go check it out. Even if you couldn't, it is no reserve and seriously cheap (so far). I would buy it sight unseen (if I wanted a tip, which I don't) for $24,000, although most people wouldn't. I don't think it will get close to $29k, but I'm going to watch and see.

Seller has curious feedback that I view as suspect. Look how many positives he received from one bidder for the exact same item listing number.

If it were a 6 speed with that mileage, I'd seriously consider it with a good PPI, but since it's a tip and has ugly polished twists, I'd want it for around 26K-26.5K tops.

I agree with others that this seems high. Just try to snipe it at the end, I doubt it will get 29k.
