Default help with electrical problem

My dashboard lights flicker on and then off sometimes when I stop - I see them only at night because they are not as bright as the dashboard lights that should be on. Also my heating fan does not have the force that it use to have when I put it to heat. If I turn the temperature dial to 0 it seems to come out really good and fast but as soom as I turn the heating dial it slows down. Also I noticed that before when I put my defogger on it would also come out really hard and fast and not it just blows a little bit with the fan. It's a 1995 993 and has had the harness changed twice because my porsche dealer put in the wrong one initially. Can some shed some light.
Thanks

Sounds like the battery could be on it's last legs. Do a search - there are some recent posts about similar issues.

Also check voltage regulator/Alternator or loose belt, or poor contacts to the battery.
Did this started right after the harness was replaced? Connect a voltmeter to your in line and see what it does. Chris

I don't know about the fan not working correctly, but I had almost same issue w/ the dashboard lights, as well as the driving and parking lights being effected. It was the headlight switch.
