Mr_Bock, how did Mohawk's insurance respond based on your claims? Did they pay for all the repairs? Any recalls to make it safer? Are you using the same switch that was smokey smelling? I will be in the process of purchasing the A-7 lift and want to make sure they took care of you.

Thanks.

By the way, the lift installer (independent tech) said he has seen burnt switches, bent safety stop bars, etc... No matter what, there is always a chance of malfunction.

On a happy note, my car is now better than ever with the many mods and cuper paint work that was done.

A bump for an old story. The sewing circle of car value discussion is nothing compared to something that really matters... like crushing your 993 like a beer can.
