6pt Harness mount - suggestions?
Do any of you have pics or suggestions on a method to attach the four floor belts from a harness into a 993? Does not need to be reversable (welding okay). I've seen a custom bar fabricated to provide the two lap and two leg harness point, interested in that sort of solution.
Thanks,
Don

I'm not aware that they have much in the way of custom parts in stock for the 993. I picked up my sways there last week and spent 30 minutes walking the parts room (BTW, they are in Petaluma now, Kevin has his tasting room in the garage).
Some here must have a picture/suggestion of how they mounted their six points??

For the four floor belts (does that mean the sub and the lap belts?)1. you purchase the BK eyehook that screws into the shoulder belt bolt receiver for the outside lap belt. It replaces that stock bolt with an eye. 2. for stock steats or some seats with appropriate floor bracket, you purchase the BK bracket that attaches where the tunnel side lap belt attaches (again it replaces the stock bolt), or you drill an eyebolt in an appropriate spot in the tunnel. 3&4 you install the subs either by drilling the floor appropriately or by slipping BK(?) brackets under the front seat bolts.
