I'm also a fan of Seinfeld's show, and I saw his stand-up a couple years ago, he's great... but I think that it must be difficult for him to enjoy the Porsche camaraderie many of us share, because people are too impressed with his fame... I guess that's a byproduct of our wierd fame-worshipping culture, or whatever you want to call it.
I'm sure it's cool being recognized when you're in public, getting the "star treatment," etc, but man would I hate having people who should be sharing a common interest like Porsches, instead be concentrating on me! I wonder if people treat him normally at Porsche gatherings? I hope so.
