Geeezz... a guy just can't quietly sell his car and slink silently back into the jungle around here, huh? 
Seriously... just a possible change in careers at the moment. I was considering selling to upgrade/change brands, but all those options vanished when rumors started about a possible site closure of my working place of 30 years. I can't see owning this car on the urban streets of Oahu, therefore the decision to sell. As many of you can understand, life is about change... it's just my time, I guess. I hope to be back in a P-car someday, but not anytime soon, unless my work situation changes. I love this car... should make some lucky person a really happy owner. This is w/o doubt the best car I have ever owned... and I've owned quite a few.
As much as I love the car, though, an almost equal loss for me will be the separation from the 993 board. You guys have been the real glue to help me bond with my car. For that I will be forever grateful and if I do end up selling, I hope the friendships I have made on this board won't end. As silly as it may seem, your collective enthusiasm of your beautiful cars is what has kept me enthralled and in tune w/ mine. It's been a win/win situation. As CW says... is this a great place or what?
And so, for all the advice, parts, friendships and concerns that I have experienced in the last few years from you all... mahalo guys!
And now, back to your regular scheduled programming... who's looking for a nice 993?

Oh, I thought you were going to buy the NSX we were talking about. Sorry to hear about your job. I do enjoy the PM's with you and appreciate all of your input on this board. I still have your RSR's and they are the best!

As always, fellas, if any of you have plans to be on Kauai, I would love meeting any or all of you, if I'm still around.
I'm lucky/proud to be living in a paradise such as Kauai... anything I can do to share it with my friends is a given.
