Who has coolest wheels on their 993?

I would have kept the factory Turbo Twist hollow spokes on my C2S if:
1. The "twist" was symmetrical. In other words, going different directions dictated by which side fo the car you were on. Enkie made "true" directionals back in the 80's, and even HONDA had driver's side and passenger's side directional alloys and even Hubcaps! Check out 92 Civic Si wheel covers...
I love my and all Porsches and the 18" twists look perfect and proper on the one side of the 993.
2. Weight. Even with the "lightweight" hollow spoke designs of 993 and 996, the rims are still friggin boat anchors. Soften up some Volk TE37s, thicken the spokes on the OZ Ultralegs and I will be happy with form AND function. However for the time being, I will continue my search for rims that I can enjoy from INSIDE the car, thank you.
I for one welcome your opinions. Opinions create trends. Trends create movements. If it wasn't for these, we woudl still be rolling on these:

This is the hardest part of winter...I have my winter upgrades done off season and then it is done, waiting...waiting for the snow, cold, salt and ice to disappear. This winter has been long.
Here is a PHOTOSHOP of the wheels on a picture from last fall. I am not a good photoshopper, so....take it for what it's worth. Real pictures to come in a couple of weeks.

I have one word for you...ducktail! Thanks for your compliment and suggestion. I haven't decided on the tail end of the car yet but either of those might be nice.

that's a good word...I'm supposed to be first in line for the Project Battleship ducktail that will take a standard 993 grill. If it does indeed ever become available, my split grill will go in it. I was the first to respond to his kind offer, just waiting for the finished product. Until then.......

How anyone would see fit to put 19" wheels on a 993 is beyond me. They make the car look like a cartoon. The body lines do not go with anything larger than 18". Maybe it is a sign of the times that owners of these cars are increasingly focused on projecting a certain image, rather than enjoying actually driving the car. Certainly there is no additional driving enjoyment to be had with 19" wheels.

Who said 19's?

Fuchs are planning to make 17" and 18 " for 993's pretty soon now.
I think porsche...................forged wheels.................Fuchs!
These wheels have always been my favorite, but my most favorite porsche is the 993.
So as soon as they come out, I'll be replacing my 17 " 2 piece targa rims for 17" Fuchs examples!
