Did you guys just stay on PCH or did you go through the canyons? How were the roads?

We went through the canyons... Fred did a great job on taking us through some really long twisties all day. The road was fine for the most part, a couple of wet spots and rock debris here and there but nothing that I could use as an excuse for not being able to keep up with these guys.

Thanks for showing my B-i-L a great time! My favorite moment was late in the run when it was time to make our way over to VCR for the exotic schmooz when I asked over the radio whether the group wanted to take the freeway or the canyons back to VCR. "That Girl" (Temple's fiance) comes over the radio and says, "take the fun way" - and back into the canyons we went. Temple, you're a lucky guy!

Alan, thanks for the glam shots of my shoes. Will they be on your web site too?

Mums the word on the golf, but it turns out that 18 holes is a great way to end a 2 1/2 hour romp through the canyons. Let's do it again soon.
