Default Decoding this Option List

Other than the color I am having a tough time deciphering this. Is the number at the top the vehicle's VIN #?

In case you haven't bee following Rennlist lately, the hard-backed sport seats in polar silver would be highly coveted by the RL community. In very good condition they could fetch up to $3k. If you wanted, you could swap out to regular leather seats and pocket the cash, use to upgrade, or to help rationalize the purchase price. Good luck.
