I just confirmed with EBERLE WINERY, http://www.eberlewinery.com/home.html, for the BBQ and wine tasting for Saturday, April 30th @ 12:30 PM. The original caterer has rearranged their previous committments in order to provide lunch for us. The cost is $27.50 per person including the BBQ, tasting, tour, and complimentary wine glass. Please click on the link above, then "private meetings", then "lunches & BBQ's" then the "$27.50 BBQ lunch" to review the menu. We are scheduled to PARTY on their covered patio, though if we have questionable weather we can change it to the "Cave Room". Since I don't know exactly how many are really going to committ, I told them 40 and we can add to that up to the day before the event. So.....now the fun stuff.

I don't want to do the "collection process" twice, once for the 50% deposit, and again for the balance. So I would like everyone to send or Pay-Pal me their entire comittment and I will pay the deposit now, and hold the remainder until 2 weeks before the event. For Pay-Pal please add $1. per person. Any cancellations, additions, or changes can be handled without penalty up until that date. I will then forward the remainder to Eberle Winery. If anyone has issues with this process, or wishes to question my integrity, then try the MacDonalds at the corner of Hwy's 46 and 101........

Can we pay on the same day?

We need to have a accuracte count to ensure the caterer will have enough supplies. If too many wait until the last moment to decide, there simply will not be enough food, etc.

If you truly have to wait then so be it. If you'll know within a few weeks, I would appreciate it if you would pay now for the number of people who might be attending, and then cancel by April 15th (2 weeks in advance) if you have to and I'll return all your monies.
